La problemática abordada MOTIVACIÓN INTRÍNSECA EN EL DESARROLLO EMOCIONAL EN NIÑOS DE 7 Y 8 AÑOS CON PROBLEMAS DE CONDUCTA, VINCULADOS AL CDID” La metodología utilizada fue de Investigación – Acción - Participativa. El objetivo del trabajo consistió en documentar el proceso de evaluación y diagnóstico aplicado en la práctica pre-profesional para aportar con la interpretación crítica a través de mis experiencias. El objeto a sistematizar fue el proceso de evaluación y diagnóstico en niños de 7 y 8 años con problemas de conducta. El eje principal de esta sistematización fueron los problemas de conductas de los niños que asistían a esta institución. La importancia del trabajo radicó en la identificación del tipo de conductas presentadas, y sí la presencia o no de motivación intrínseca y extrínseca influyó en la aparición de las conductas disruptivas y/o desadaptativas. Los instrumentos y técnicas utilizados en el proceso de la evaluación psicológica detalladas en esta sistematización, fueron los test proyectivas como: dibuja tu problema, dibuja una familia, dibuja tu salón de clase y a tu maestra, completa la frase (Rotter Infantil), conoce a tu hijo, de Roberto y finalmente el test Baneta (Batería Neuropsicológica para la evaluación de los Trastornos de aprendizaje). Los resultados evidencian del cambio de conducta en niños atendidos, que permite establecer las conclusiones y recomendacionesIn this experiences of systematization, of the professional practice fulfilled in the CDID (Teaching and Research Center for Human Development and Good Living), in the year 2017. The problems addressed INTRINSIC MOTIVATION IN EMOTIONAL DEVELOPMENT IN CHILDREN OF 7 AND 8 YEARS WITH PROBLEMS OF CONDUCT, LINKED TO CDID "The methodology used was Research - Action - Participatory. The objective of the work was to document the evaluation and diagnostic process applied in pre-professional practice to contribute with critical interpretation through my experiences. The object to be systematized was the evaluation and diagnosis process in 7 and 8 year old children with behavioral problems. The main axis of this systematization were the behavioral problems of the children who attended this institution. The importance of the work was in the identification of the type of behaviors presented, and whether the presence or absence of intrinsic and extrinsic motivation influenced the appearance of disruptive and / or maladaptive behaviors. The instruments and techniques used in the process of psychological evaluation detailed in this systematization were the projective tests such as: draw your problem, draw a family, draw your classroom and your teacher, complete the sentence (Rotter Infantil), meet your son, Roberto and finally the Baneta test (Neuropsychological Battery for the evaluation of Learning Disorders).
