Al sistematizas esta experiencia se planteó como objetivo general el análisis de las competencias de los facilitadores, a través de la identificación de habilidades, determinación de capacidades y explicación de actitudes. La metodología fue de tipo cualitativo, como herramienta principal la matriz metodológica con sus respectivas categorías e indicadores; finalmente el análisis de contenido y triangulación permitieron analizar la experiencia para plasmarla en el capítulo de lecciones aprendidas. Los resultados del análisis crítico determinaron que la actitud positiva, crear un clima de confianza, promover el desarrollo de los participantes , habilidades organizacionales, sociales son factores determinantes para el desempeño eficiente como facilitadores. Finalmente las recomendaciones para futuras intervenciones fueron: socialización previa a la intervención del modelo de intervención institucional, capacitaciones previas sobre las funciones específicas que cumple un facilitador, además de la ampliación del número de sesionesThe Teaching and Research Center for Human Development and Good Vivir (CDID) is a specialized aid institution for adolescents with problems of psychoactive substance use, therapeutic groups are part of the programs maintained by the center, Within this modality of intervention, facilitators play a role important when contributing to the modification of addictive behaviors. To the Systematizing this experience, the general objective was the analysis of the competences of the facilitators, through the identification of skills, determination of abilities and explanation of attitudes. The methodology was of a qualitative nature, as the main tool the matrix methodological with its respective categories and indicators; finally the content analysis and triangulation allowed to analyze the experience for translate it into the chapter on lessons learned. The results of the analysis critical determined that the positive attitude, create a climate of trust, promote the development of the participants, organizational skills, social factors are determining factors for efficient performance as facilitators.
