El objetivo fue analizar estrés laboral en colaboradores del departamento de Operaciones. El eje de Sistematización fue analizar aspectos que inciden en la aparición de estrés laboral. Esta sistematización tiene una metodología cualitativa de diseño narrativo y alcance descriptivo. La experiencia vivida permitió caracterizar algunos aprendizajes en el proceso de análisis de estrés laboral. La sistematización permitió analizar el estrés laboral a través del modelo de demanda y control, midiendo y analizando el estrés percibido en los colaboradores únicamente desde el análisis de carga laboral y el control de los colaboradores. El análisis de estrés laboral exige considerar aspectos inherentes a la organización que funcionan como agentes positivos o negativos de estrés. Por medio de esta sistematización se logró una mayor comprensión de aspectos teóricos y metodológicos y nuevas estrategias de aproximación al análisis del fenómeno de estrés laboralThe present systematization work was carried out in a company of the insurance market. The objective was to analyze work stress in employees of the operations department. The axis of Systematization was to analyze aspects that affect the appearance of work stress. This systematization has a qualitative methodology of narrative design and descriptive scope. The lived experience allowed to characterize some learning in the process of analysis of work stress. This systematization allowed to analyze work stress through the Demand and Control model. We wanted to measure and analyze perceived stress in the collaborators only from the analysis of workload and the control of collaborators. The analysis of work stress requires considering inherent aspects of the organization that work as positive or negative agents of stress.
