El objetivo del presente trabajo fue determinar la incidencia de la disfuncionalidad familiar en el comportamiento autolesivo no suicida, para lo cual se seleccionó a 4 estudiantes que se autolesionaban de la Unidad Educativa Nueva Semilla en el período lectivo 2015-2016. Además, se buscó caracterizar la relación familiar de las estudiantes con comportamiento autolesivo no suicida., identificar cuáles son los tipos de autoagresiones más comunes y determinar de qué manera la familia incide en la aparición del comportamiento autolesivo no suicida, para lo cual se utilizó el método de investigación descriptivo, con un enfoque cualitativo y el uso de análisis de casos. Se realizaron entrevistas a los estudiantes y padres de familia, se aplicó el test de funcionamiento familiar FF-SIL y el cuestionario de evaluación del sistema familiar CESF, ambos con el objetivo de evaluar el funcionamiento familiar, y se aplicó la cédula de autolesión CAL, para detectar y medir temporalmente la autolesión no suicida. El trabajo aportó resultados interesantes. Por un lado, resalto el nivel de disfuncionalidad familiar de las usuarias y por otro lado reveló que, la disfunción familiar incide de forma significativa en la aparición y desarrollo del comportamiento autolesivo no suicida.In recent times, self-harm has increased significantly and most are performed by adolescence; This practice consists in making wounds to one's own body, without any suicidal intention. The objective of this study was to determine the incidence of family dysfunction in non-suicidal self-injurious behavior, for which 4 students were selected to self-harm from the Nueva Semilla Educational Unit during the 2015-2016 school year. In addition, we sought to characterize the family relationship of students with non-suicidal self-harm behavior, identify the most common types of self-harm and determine how the family affects the appearance of non-suicidal self-harm behavior, for which the Descriptive research method, with a qualitative approach and the use of case analysis. Interviews were conducted with students and parents, the family functioning test FF-SIL and the CESF family system evaluation questionnaire were applied, both with the objective of evaluating family functioning, and the CAL self-injury card was applied. to detect and temporarily measure non-suicidal self-harm. The work provided interesting results.
