This is a non-profit lnstitution whose goal is the support and implementation of programs to benefit children from poor families.This research has permitted us to see several education problems at "Fundacion Es Justo y Necesario", in brief we have concluded a lack of reading strategies, consequently a low reading comprehension level. In like manner we noticed that the English teacher did not use the most important tool for reading learning such as a reading book, and there is not an appropriate teaching strategies for reading, making impossible students to have a good reading comprehension level. The methodology of the investigation used in this project refers to different methods and techniques to strengthen reading skills and to get the conclusions and recommendations, Location of the problem, Causes and Consequences, lndependent and Dependent Variable, Proposal, General and Specifics Objectives, Questions of the lnvestigation and Justification. Antecedents, Theoretical Foundation, Epistemological, Sociological, and Pedagogical Foundation, Constructivism, Contextual Frame and Legal Aspect, Glossary. Modality, Types of lnvestigation, Procedures and lnstruments of the lnvestigation, Techniques, Survey, lnterview, Population and Sample, Application of the investigation lnstruments. Antecedents, Justification, Summary of the Diagnostic, Fundamental Problem, Objectives, lmportance, Feasibility, Description of the Proposal, Legal Aspect, Pedagogical Aspect, Psychological aspect, Andragogical Aspect, Mission, Vision.Este proyecto se llevará a cabo con los estudiantes de Cuarto año Básico, en la "Fundación Es Justo y Necesario", ubicada al norte de Guayaquil en la "Calle Todos los Santos 138 y Víctor Emilio Estrada". Esta es una lnstitución sin fines de lucro cuyo objetivo es el apoyo e implementación de programas para beneficiar a los niños de familias pobres. Esta investigación nos ha permitido ver varios problemas educativos en la Fundación Es Justo y Necesario, en resumen hemos concluido una falta de estrategias de lectura, consecuentemente un bajo nivel de comprensión lectora. De igual forma notamos que el docente de inglés no utiliza la herramienta más importante para el aprendizaje de la lectura como lo es el libro de lectura, y no existe una estrategia didáctica adecuada para la lectura, imposibilitando que los estudiantes tengan un buen nivel de comprensión lectora. La metodología de investigación utilizada en este proyecto se refiere a diferentes métodos y técnicas para fortalecer la lectura y obtener las conclusiones y recomendaciones, Localización del problema, Causas y Consecuencias, Variable Independiente y Dependiente, Propuesta, Objetivos Generales y Específicos, Preguntas de la Investigación y Justificación.
