Donde se trabajó con los distintos métodos de investigación con enfoque mixto, los métodos de pensar analítico y deductivo, los métodos de trabajo de campo como: la ficha de observación, las encuestas y entrevistas para estudiar y conocer el problema, dando como resultado la aceptación del mercado meta. Se realizó la propuesta del diseño de un restaurante temático que ayude al desarrollo turístico, con ayuda de cada uno de los estados financieros e indicadores como el VAN y TIR se determinó la viabilidad del proyecto.This research was carried out in order to be able to promote the thematic restaurant with seafood specialties in Puerto El Morro, and to be able to define if it is feasible, where we worked with the different methods of research of mixed approach, the methods of analytical and deductive thinking, and methods of field work, observation sheet, surveys and interviews to study and know the problem, resulting in the acceptance of the service. The proposal of the design of a thematic restaurant was developed to help the tourist development and with the help of each of the financial statements and with its indicators such as VAN and TIR, the viability of the project was determined.UNIVERSIDAD DE GUAYAQUILEcon.
