Stellar nace de la necesidad de traer al mercado un producto original y novedoso, para obsequiar en ocasiones especiales. Un mapa estelar es un plano del cielo nocturno, Stellar les presentará 4 productos derivados del mapa estelar. La metodología que se utilizó en este proyecto fue inductiva con un enfoque cuantitativo, aplicando la técnica de la encuesta se recolectaron datos para poder elaborar nuestro proyecto, el proyecto tiene un alcance exploratorio ya que al no tener mucha información sobre este proyecto se tenía que realizar una investigación profunda, también es descriptivo, con información recolectada se necesitaba analizarla para poder verificar la viabilidad. Se realizo un estudio de mercado donde nos permitió conocer la oferta y la demanda y también establecer una estrategia de marketing para posicionar el emprendimiento y sus productos, en el proyecto les mostraremos un estudio técnico, donde presentamos la localización, infraestructura, el recurso humano, presupuesto, flujo de procesos, entre otros y para concluir el estudio que nos permitirá saber si somos un proyecto viable es el estudio financiero, contaremos con una inversión de $60000 la cual está conformada por un crédito bancario y recursos propios, la evaluación realizada nos muestra el VAN con un valor de $35.507,66 aplicando una tasa de descuento del 24,79% y la TIR de 45,68%, lo que hace factible al proyecto para su ejecución.The main objective of this project is the design of a business plan for a star map producer enterprise in the northern sector of the city of Guayaquil. Stellar was born from the need to bring an original and innovative product to the market, to give as gifts on special occasions. A star map is a map of the night sky, Stellar will present 4 products derived from the star map. The methodology that was used in this project was inductive with a quantitative approach, applying the survey technique, data was collected that served as a basis to be able to elaborate our project, the project has an exploratory scope since not having much information about this The project had to carry out a deep investigation, it is also descriptive, with the information collected it was necessary to analyze it in order to verify the viability.
