El objetivo de este trabajo fue describir el desarrollo de habilidades sociales en niños de 3-4 años diagnosticados con trastorno del espectro autista, para contribuir a la reflexión teórica con conocimientos surgidos directamente de la experiencia vivida. ¿Cómo se desarrollan las habilidades sociales en niños de 3-4 años diagnosticados con trastorno del espectro autista? La forma en la que se trabajaron estas habilidades fue mediante el juego de roles, usando normas y estímulos, que les permitió a los niños explorar y comprender su comportamiento y el de los demás. Los niños suelen expresarse con diversos gestos y un vocabulario variado, ya que aprenden de su entorno, pero el autismo reduce esta interacción con el ambiente. Por eso ENIGMA usa terapias como ABA, enfocada en lograr un mejor desenvolvimiento y adaptabilidad. Para este trabajo se empleó una metodología cualitativa con un diseño de sistematización de experiencias. Durante el proceso de recopilación de datos se utilizaron diversas guías de observación, fichas de programas e instrumentos, a fin de poder mantener un registro donde se pueda verificar la eficacia de la intervención. En conclusión, las habilidades sociales se desarrollan principalmente del contexto donde el niño convive mediante técnicas como el juego de roles y aunque el autismo dificulte su desarrollo, un trabajo temprano puede beneficiar a su fortalecimientoThe present work focused on systematizing the experience obtained in the time that we worked with the children who attend the ENIGMA special education center. The objective of this work was to describe the development of social skills in 3-4 year-old children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder, to contribute to theoretical reflection with knowledge arising directly from lived experience. How are social skills developed in 3-4 year old children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder? The way in which these skills were worked was through role play, using norms and stimuli, which allowed the children to explore and understand their behavior and that of others. Children often express themselves with various gestures and a varied vocabulary, as they learn from their environment, but autism reduces this interaction with the environment. That is why ENIGMA uses therapies such as ABA, focused on achieving better development and adaptability. For this work, a qualitative methodology was used with a design for the systematization of experiences. During the data collection process, various observation guides, program files and instruments were used in order to be able to maintain a record where the effectiveness of the intervention can be verified.
