Con bases en estos problemas encontrados se realizó el análisis de impacto económico el cual refleja un valor por $691,816.21. A partir de esto se aplicó la metodología Kaizen, usando una de sus herramientas, el Poka-Yoke, ya que por medio de etiquetado se podrá distinguir los artículos de demanda en bodega, por otro lado, también se propuso el método ABC para establecer los rangos de importancia de los artículos de acuerdo con su utilización o demanda. Se estima que la propuesta de medidas de mejora y control tienen un costo beneficio cuyo valor de 33.25, lo que significa que, por cada dólar invertido, la empresa tendrá un beneficio de $32. 25.In this project, descriptive and field studies were carried out, together with the inductive method, which allowed collecting first-hand data through surveys and direct observation for each process, procedure and activity that is carried out in the warehouse area. Subsequently, with the help of the Ishikawa and Pareto Diagrams, an accurate diagnosis of the most frequent incidents in said area was obtained: material transfer, material stock, staff training, poor inventory system. Based on these problems found, the economic impact analysis was carried out, which reflects a value of $691,816.21. From this, the Kaizen methodology was applied, using one of its tools, the Poka-Yoke, since through labeling it will be possible to distinguish the items in demand in the warehouse, on the other hand, the ABC method was also proposed to establish the ranges of importance of items according to their use or demand.
