La investigación es de tipo cualitativa. La reflexión crítica muestra entre los aspectos que favorecieron la aplicación de estrategias, el rol y compromiso de las facilitadoras, retroalimentación; los aspectos que dificultaron fueron, la falta de recursos y compromiso de usuarios. Se concluye que, a pesar de los percances suscitados, hubo un buen trabajo en conjunto entre facilitadoras y usuarios de modo que se consiguieron resultados favorablesThe present systematization of experiences has its origin in the psychoeducational strategies for the strengthening of self-esteem in people with physical and psychosocial disabilities of the "Huerto de los Olivos" Foundation provided by eighth semester students of the Faculty of Psychology of the University of Guayaquil during Pre-professional practices, its axis describes what aspects favored and hindered the application of these strategies in the users of the Foundation, thus its purpose was to evaluate them. The research is qualitative. Critical reflection shows, among the aspects that favored the application of strategies, the role and commitment of the facilitators, feedback; the aspects that made it difficult were the lack of resources and user commitment.
