| spelling | Diseño de un plan de seguridad industrial y salud ocupacional en la Empresa Crearvida S.A.Gualli Nauya, Manuel FernandoSISTEMAS INTEGRADOS DE GESTIÓNRIESGOS MECÁNICOS Y ERGONÓMICOSPREVENCIÓN DE RIESGOSACCIDENTES LABORALESEste documento contiene archivo en PDF.Este proyecto tiene como objeto generar un diagnóstico técnico-legal de la situación actual de la empresa embotelladora de agua Crearvida S.A. al emplear una lista de verificación de cumplimiento normativo legal elaborado por el Ministerio de Trabajo aplicable a empresas con más de 10 trabajadores, obteniendo un resultado de cumplimiento del 25% por debajo de lo aceptable según los índices de gestión, paralelamente se evaluó los riesgos de acuerdo a los puestos de trabajo bajo la metodología de la matriz de riesgo triple criterio identificado los riesgos mecánicos y ergonómicos como los más frecuentes y probables a causar daño a la salud integral del personal, es entorno a esta problemática que se propone el diseño de un plan de seguridad industrial y salud ocupacional que contrarrestan los hallazgos obtenidos bajo medidas y procedimientos documentados a fin de fomentar una cultura de seguridad en todos los niveles jerárquicos de la empresa.This project aims to generate a technical-legal diagnosis of the current situation of the water bottling company Crearvida S.A. when using a legal regulatory compliance checklist prepared by the Ministry of Labor applicable to companies with more than 10 workers, obtaining a compliance result of 25% below the acceptable level according to the management index. In parallel the risks according to the jobs under the triple criteria risk matrix methodology, the mechanical and ergonomic risks are identified as the most frequent and likely to cause damage to the integral health of the personnel. It is around this problem that the design of an industrial safety and occupational health plan that counteract the findings obtained under documented measures and procedures in order to foster a culture of safety at all hierarchical levels of the company are proposed.Universidad de Guayaquil.
