La recuperación de la experiencia vivida se llevó a cabo a partir del proyecto de promoción de la autovaloración en personas con discapacidad y prevención del estrés familiar; para recuperar la información de la experiencia fue necesaria la revisión de los instrumentos y técnicas aplicadas, con un análisis crítico de las actividades, objetivos, resultados y se abstraen los factores que influyeron en la selección y ejecución de los procesos evaluativos e interventores. La conclusión del trabajo es que las técnicas e instrumentos seleccionados y aplicados, fueron pertinentes e idóneos dadas las condiciones sociales, las características individuales de los participantes y la modalidad de trabajo virtualIn the present systematization work, the relevance and suitability of the techniques and instruments selected and executed were studied, the purpose of which is the evaluation through the critical analysis of the processes that were carried out, using a qualitative methodology with a phenomenological research design, the recovery of the lived experience was carried out from the project of Promotion of self-assessment in people with disabilities and prevention of family stress, to recover the information of the experience it was necessary to review the instruments and techniques applied, with a critical analysis of the activities, objectives and results, which means that the factors that influenced the selection and execution of the evaluative and interventional processes are abstracted.
