Cabe señalar que este trabajo se centra en la empresa FríoPinargote. Esta investigación se basa en el manejo y uso de un sistema web mediante herramientas open source, con el fin de dar solución al problema que existía en los procesos del departamento administrativo financiero de la empresa antes mencionada. Para ello, se desarrolló un sistema web que posee una interfaz amigable que permitirá al administrador y a los empleados, realizar tareas de manera rápida y precisa, actividades que anteriormente las realizaban de manera manual y que este sistema web mejoró mediante su implementación y manejo sistemático. Este sistema web se encuentra apto para utilizar y contiene los módulos de seguridad, roles, facturación, notificaciones, mantenimiento y reportería junto con sus indicadores estadísticos. También, posee el sistema de facturación electrónica que permite la automatización de procesos, dejando el consumo de papel, contribuyendo también con el medio ambiente. Finalmente, se realizaron las pruebas funcionales del sistema web por parte de los expertos en desarrollo web, para ello, se identificaron los criterios esenciales para la investigación y esta forma se contribuyó con mejorar la calidad de atención de la empresa.The current project consists of the development and creation of a functional web system that allows the registration of information regarding products, clients, services, issuance of electronic invoices and the notification of this document through email and instant messaging (WhatsApp), which could be applied in commercial companies. It should be explained that this work focuses on the company FríoPinargote. This investigation it’s based on the management and use of a web system through open-source tools, in order to solve the problem that existed in the processes of the financial administrative department of the aforementioned company. For this, a web system was developed that has a friendly interface that will allow the administrator and employees to perform tasks quickly and accurately, activities that were previously carried out manually and that this web system improved through its implementation and systematic management. The development methodology was Agile Scrum, whose characteristics are correctly adapted to the needs of the client or the company. As a result, a web system is obtained using open-Source tools that significantly reduces the usual events that occurred such as: loss of information, errors in the physical invoice or the lack of updating the stock of products. This web system is suitable for use and contains the security modules, roles, billing, notifications, maintenance and reporting together with its statistical indicators. Also, it has the electronic invoicing system that allows the automation of processes, leaving the consumption of paper, also contributing to the environment.
