הוספת תג | סיכום: | In the construction of a project, it is possible to carry out the closing of the work as and when the previous stages of: beginning, planning, execution and control are recog- nized. These stages allow for a good control of the project in order to successfully complete a Project Closing and Delivery Process that allows us to compare the initial and final costs with the objective of obtaining the existing variables that demonstrate as affection the final cost. In order to demonstrate this, the deficiencies found were verified through the process of closing a construction project, through activities present in the critical closure route and taking due control of the progress percentages in the schedule, as well as a sum- mary table for the execution of the budget. Likewise, a follow-up and control was car- ried out in the closing or completion procedures of the project in order to complete complete areas. PDF |
