El mismo que se consiguió a través de la identificación de los conflictos familiares por medio de la interpretación del dibujo libre, permitiendo conocer mediante las narrativas de los niños los conflictos familiares percibidos y finalmente se concluye con la descripción de la repercusión que tienen estos conflictos en los niños de la fundación. El presente trabajo investigativo fue realizado bajo una metodología cualitativa, con un diseño interpretativo, el análisis de los datos se los realizo mediante la teoría fundamentada a través del análisis de comparación constante. Obteniendo como resultado categorías como interpretación del dibujo, conflictos por separación, conflictos en la dinámica familiar y bajo rendimiento académico. Se evidencio la repercusión que tienen los conflictos familiares en el rendimiento académico de los niños, afectando en gran medida los procesos cognitivos necesarios, para su desarrollo y cumplimiento con las demandadas del sistema educativo. Es así como se ve involucrada la atención y memoria, siendo reflejada posteriormente, en el insuficiente desempeño académicoIn the central area of the city of Guayaquil, at the NURTAC Foundation day center for good living, a study was carried out whose objective was to characterize the family conflicts that children from 7 to 12 years old belonging to the eradication program child labor, which receive school reinforcement in the foundation. The same was achieved through the identification of family conflicts through the interpretation of free drawing, allowing to know through the narratives of children perceived family conflicts and finally concludes with the description of the impact of these conflicts in the children of the foundation. The present investigative work was carried out under a qualitative methodology, with an interpretative design, the analysis of the data was carried out through the theory based on the constant comparison analysis. Obtaining as a result categories such as interpretation of the drawing, conflicts due to separation, conflicts in family dynamics and low academic performance. The impact of family conflicts on the academic performance of children was evidenced, greatly affecting the necessary cognitive processes for their development and compliance with the demands of the education system.
