Para realizar este trabajo se consideró una muestra de 143 colaboradores del área operativa, que mediante una metodología mixta de corte cualitativo y cuantitativo de diseño no experimental y de alcance descriptivo, analizó a detalle los fenómenos ocurridos entre los participantes en relación a cultura y la comunicación existente. El objetivo general de este trabajo fue el de caracterizar los factores de la comunicación organizacional que favorecen u obstaculizan la apropiación por parte del personal operativo de la cultura de la organización Bimbo Ecuador en el período 2020, mediante los instrumentos encuesta cultura y comunicación organizacional, encuesta de comunicación interna y escala de clima organizacional, se logró identificar y determinar cuáles fueron estos factores. Se concluyó que los factores físicos permiten la apropiación de la cultura; el uso de recursos comunicacionales determina los factores que favorecen u obstaculizan la comunicación interna y los elementos culturales presentes en la comunicación interna producen eficiencia en el desempeño de las funciones de los colaboradoresThe importance of this work lies in the need to establish better and more effective means of communication among the employees of Grupo Bimbo Ec, this will be achieved by investigating aspects of corporate culture and organizational communication present in the company. In order to carry out this work, a sample of 143 collaborators from the operative area was considered, which through a mixed qualitative and quantitative methodology of non-experimental design and descriptive scope, analyzed in detail the phenomena occurred among the participants in relation to culture and existing communication. The general objective of this work was to characterize the factors of organizational communication that favor or hinder the appropriation by the operative personnel of the culture of the Bimbo Ecuador organization in the period 2020, by means of the instruments organizational culture and communication survey, internal communication survey and organizational climate scale, it was possible to identify and determine which were these factors.
