Las resinas están expuestas a una diversidad de problemas, por esta razón han mejorado sus propiedades físicas, mecánicas y ópticas. El objetivo del presente estudio es determinar los factores que intervienen en la eficacia de las resinas bulkfill y resinas nano híbridas en restauraciones directas. Debe señalarse que la metodología utilizada es de carácter cualitativo y documental, cuyo método es analítico – sintético, la presente investigación realiza un análisis teórico científico de las diversas fuentes de información revisadas para poder conceptualizar y analizar los factores, tales como la composición, propiedades mecánicas, ventajas y técnicas utilizadas para la aplicación de las resinas nanohíbridas y bulkfill. En el análisis se muestra como resultado: las resinas bulkfill presentan mejor adaptación, mayor resistencia a la fractura, una mejor dureza superficial y una mayor resistencia al desgaste y son indicadas en cavidades amplias, además disminuye el proceso clínico al ser colocadas en un único incremento de 4 a 5 mm con la técnica monoincremental, y las resinas nanohíbridas poseen una mayor capacidad de brillo y pulido, obteniendo un mejor comportamiento óptico, además son colocadas por varios incrementos menores de 2mm con la técnica incremental. Concluyendo que las resinas bulkfill poseen mejores características mecánicas que las resinas nanohíbridas, las cuales resaltan sus características ópticasComposite resins have been evolving, trying to improve deficiencies during clinical management and their remaining in the oral cavity. Resins are exposed to a variety of problems, for this reason their physical, mechanical and optical properties have been improved. The objective of this study is to determine the factors that intervene in the effectiveness of bulkfill resins and nano-hybrid resins in direct restorations. It should be noted that the methodology used in this study is qualitative and documentary, whose method is analytical-synthetic, since a theoreticalscientific analysis of the various sources of information reviewed has been carried out in order to conceptualize or analyze the factors; such as the composition, mechanical properties, advantages and techniques used for the application of nanohybrid and bulkfill resins. The result of the analysis shows that: bulkfill resins present better adaptation, greater resistance to fracture, better surface hardness and greater resistance to wear and are indicated in large cavities, also decreases the clinical process when placed in a single increment from 4 to 5 mm with the monoincremental technique, and the nanohybrid resins have a greater gloss and polishing capacity, obtaining a better optical behavior, they are also placed by several increments of less than 2mm with the incremental technique.
