Dentro de las instituciones, en este caso las que ofrecen un servicio educativo, como las universidades a diario manejan un gran flujo informativo y su desarrollo e innovación y competitividad es constante, debido a todos estos aspectos es el interés que conlleva al análisis de la comunicación interna dentro de estas entidades. La efectividad de la comunicación organizacional, en este caso interconectada entre los diferentes departamentos de la estructura, es fundamental para el cumplimiento de metas que han sido planificadas, ya que todos los que intervienen en este proceso persiguen un mismo objetivo, definiendo así el camino a seguir.Social communication is an important aspect in life and in all professional fields of each person in the society, it is the means by which everything that human beings feel or think can be transmitted, although social communication is a human need, therefore, in some cases it has been overlooked to discover its various fields of application. In the institutions, in this case, there is an offer for the educational service, because the universities manage a great flow of information, their development, innovation and competitiveness is constant, due to all these aspects there is an interest that entails to the analysis of the communication inside these entities.
