Se realizó un estudio a 60 gestantes dentro del primer trimestre donde se aplicó un cuestionario Tamizaje por Block para conocer los hábitos alimenticios de dicha población, se obtuvieron los datos del PRAS de enero a julio del 2021. Edad promedio entre 18 a 24 años donde el 60% de la muestra presenta niveles de Colesterol Total elevados y el 65% valores alterados de Triglicéridos, además de un consumo moderado en frutas, vegetales y fibra. De acuerdo a la correlación Pearson, CT y T al relacionarlo con la ingesta de grasas no saludables da una significancia de P<0,001 indicando que existe relación entre ingesta alimentaria y perfil lipídico. Según la hipótesis planteada se concluye que si existe una relación fuerte entre mayor ingesta alimentaria y mayor alteración del perfil lipídico en las gestantes estudiadas.To analyze the relationship between food intake and lipid profile in pregnant women from CMI Oramas Gonzáles. A study was carried out on 60 women within their first trimester of pregnancy, applying a Block Screening questionnaire to find out the eating habits of said population. Data from January to July 2021 were obtained from the PRAS. Average age is 18 to 24, 60% of the sample has high Total Cholesterol levels, 65% show abnormal Triglyceride values, and show a moderate consumption of fruits, vegetables and fiber. According to the Pearson correlation, CT and T when linked to unhealthy fat intake, it renders a significance of P <0.001, signaling a relationship between dietary intake and lipid profile. According to the hypothesis posed, the conclusion shows a strong relationship between higher food intake and greater alteration of the lipid profile in the participating pregnant womenUniversidad de Guayaquil.
