Los interesados en acreditar y cumplir con las características de calidad deben someterse a las consideraciones previstas del sistema, a las pruebas del cumplimiento de las normas técnicas o las especificaciones necesarias para acceder a la certificación correspondiente. Por esta razón, es de vital importancia entonces para lograr alcanzar los estándares de calidad requeridos por la educación nacional que los sistemas de gestión se integren en calidad, medio ambiente, seguridad y salud en el trabajo y que estos no se observen de forma independiente, sino empleando la NC ISO 9001: 2008 de sistema de gestión de calidad como modelo base. Su estructura es compatible con la NC ISO 14001: 2004 de sistema de gestión ambiental y la NC OSHA 18001: 2007 de seguridad y salud del trabajo y sus puntos comunes facilitan y simplifican la implantación de los sistemas. El presente trabajo de investigación pretende entones responder las necesidades de Diseño de un Sistema Integrado de Gestión en Calidad, Cuidado al medio Ambiente, Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo para la Unidad Educativa Johann Herbart que contribuya a fortalecer la vinculación con todos los sectores de la sociedad, desarrollando los estándares requeridos, la satisfacción de sus clientes y el mejoramiento educativo y que le permita a dicha unidad educativa constituirse como una empresa educativa de crecimiento y éxito, comprometida con el cumplimiento de los diferentes estándares exigidos por los organismos nacionales e internacionales, relacionadas con la aplicación de las normas a integrarse ya que estas permiten valorar y analizar los sistemas para la presente PROPUESTA DE DISEÑO Y DOCUMENTACIÓN INTEGRADA.In order to fulfill the purposes of improving the quality of education in Ecuador, the Ministry of Education implements specific regulations for the recognition of management models that ought to be applied by educational institutions across the country. Those interested in getting accredited and meeting the quality requirements must be subject to the criteria previously established by the system, as well as the assessments of compliance of the technical standards or specific requirements needed to obtain the corresponding certification. Therefore, in the pursuance of meeting the quality standards required by national education, it is essential that all management systems are integrated in quality, environment, safety and health at work. It is also essential that these are not analyzed independently, but according to the NC ISO 9001: 2007 quality management system as a base model. Its structure is compatible with the NC ISO 14001: 2004 environmental management system and the NC OSHA 18001: 2007 safety and health at work system, and their common grounds simplify the deployment of these systems. This research seeks to meet the needs of the Design of an Integrated System for Quality Management, Protection of the Environment and Safety and Health at Work at the Johann Herbart School. Said system will help strengthen links with all sectors of society, develop the standards required, customer satisfaction and the improvement of the school itself. It will also enable the school to be constituted as an education company focused on growth and success and committed to the different standards required by national and international agencies related to the implementation of standards to be integrated.
