Se observa en la actualidad, en las facultades mencionadas, que el proceso de creación de horarios, aulas y recursos disponibles es en su mayor parte manual y esto conlleva muchos inconvenientes para todos sus participantes como son el personal docente, estudiantes y el personal administrativo. Por tal razón y considerando la importancia de los horarios con su marcada y justificada dependencia, se pone de manifiesto la necesidad de desarrollar un módulo automatizado, sin embargo para realizar esta labor y para que la fase de implementación se realice de manera correcta y ordenada es vital que en la fase de análisis y diseño se proporcione toda la información necesaria y esto se verá reflejado mediante los casos de uso aquí presentados.The work exhibited here was made in order to design use cases required to represent the process of creating schedules, classrooms and resources available for the faculty of Mathematics and Physical Sciences and the Faculty of Administrative Sciences. It is observed today, in the faculties mentioned that the process of creating schedules, classrooms and resources is mostly hand side and this involves many drawbacks for all participants such as teachers, students and administrative staff.
