| spelling | LAS DIFERENCIAS INDIVIDUALES EN LA CONSTITUCIÓN DEL ROL DEL PERSONAL DE LA ÁREA ADMINISTRATIVAPASTUZO URGILÉS, ERIKA CATHERINERODRIGUEZ COBOS, FERNANDA NATHALYDiferencias individualesexpectativasconstitución del rolcompetencia organizacionaldesempeño laboralPDFDebido a la competencia organizacional para cualquier empresa es importante obtener buenos resultados de sus trabajadores, uno de los factores que influyen es la correcta constitución del rol, para obtener un buen desempeño laboral, esto se basa en las expectativas personales por lo que se realizó la sistematización con la finalidad de contribuir con información sobre el tema de las diferencias individuales en la constitución del rol del personal del área administrativa, y comunicar al personal dentro de la institución e informar a las organizaciones sobre la necesidad de conocer sobre expectativas personales y su correcta constitución del rol, y sugerir a la institución de la realización a largo plazo de un análisis longitudinal, actualmente desde la revisión bibliográfica no se encontró estudios del mismo por lo que el presente trabajo está dirigido al ámbito organizacional enfatizando el tema de constitución de rol, destacando la importancia de las diferencias individuales de las expectativas del rol en donde el objeto de estudio son las expectativas de rol y su eje: ¿Qué papel juega las expectativas personales en la constitución del rol?; por lo que se realizó la clasificación de grupos previo ingreso, reciente ingreso y personal estable para obtener una mejor visión de variabilidad de expectativas del personal y como esto afecta la constitución de rol y el desempeño laboral, se observó que la constitución del rol se toma de forma subjetiva entendiendo su variación en dependencia de la persona y sus características como expectativas personales, edad, objetivos y metas personalesDue to organizational competence, it is important for any company to achieve good results from its employees, one of the reasons which influence, is the correct role structure to accomplish a good work performance. This is based on personal expectations for that reason, it has being done a systematization in order to contribute information on the subject field of individual differences in the constitution of the role of the administrative area staff carrying out an analysis of expectations for the candidates, and for the staff that keeps in the company, and advise organizations about the requirement into personal expectations and their accurate role structure. Nowadays, since the bibliographic review there have not been any studies of it, therefore, this work is aimed to the organizational field emphasizing issues of role building. It clearly highlights the importance of individual differences regarding the expectations of the role where the study object, are the expectations of role and its axis: What role does personal expectations perform in the role structure?
