Gracias a los, gráficos estadísticos y estudios realizados, se ha podido analizar la situación actual de la empresa, teniendo como soporte la observación directa de registros, dentro del proceso de mantenimiento, en donde se han localizado como problemas relevantes los reclamos de clientes y las demoras de las reparaciones, cuyas causas se originan por la falta de planificación y control de los mantenimientos preventivos, para lo que se utilizó los diagramas de Ishikawa que fueron de gran utilidad. La alternativa de solución que se propone para corregir los problemas antes mencionados, son: 1) análisis de la matriz FODA.The proposal of this thesis is to design a plan of preventive maintenance so that the company Aiser S. A. will offer a better service to its clients, using a clear diagnosis of the current situation in the company and this way to propose alternatives of solution that are feasible, technical and economic. Statistical graphs and realized studies helped to analyze, the current situation of the company, taking the direct records observation as a support, inside the process of maintenance, were there have been like relevant problems of clients' who for the delays of the repairs, which is originated for the absence of planning and control of the preventive maintenance, there were used the diagrams of Ishikawa which were of big utility.
