El conjunto de adolescentes beneficiados con la intervención fue de 30 jóvenes internos entre 12 a 15 años. La investigación fue realizada bajo el paradigma de Investigación Acción Participativa con enfoque descriptivo. La metodología escogida desarrolló las fases de la investigación en el transcurso de un año y se encaminó con las intervenciones psicoterapéuticas con la técnica del psicodrama en la remediación de la conflictividad grupal. La intervención comprendió desde la exploración diagnóstica inicial, socialización relacionada con el fenómeno, la implementación de la propuesta de intervención, planificación e implementación de las estrategias de afrontamiento, hasta la evaluación de los resultados que se evidenciaron en el transcurso de la intervención. La ejecución de intervención fue dentro de los plazos programados y motivó por su carácter de innovación la participación proactiva de todos los integrantes del grupo, los mismos que en las sesiones potenciaron sus vínculos afectivos y de solidaridadThe present investigation approaches the problematic of aggressiveness in a group of internal adolescents of “Padre Antonio Amador” fiscal school, from the perspective of a Psychosocial Intervention with techniques of Psychodrama during the 2016-2017 School Year the group of adolescents benefited from the intervention was 30 young people between 12 and 15 years old. The research was carried out under the paradigm of Participatory Action Research with a Qualitative Descriptive Approach. The chosen methodology developed the phases of the investigation during a year and went with the psychotherapeutic interventions with the technique of psychodrama in the remediation of group conflict. The intervention included initial diagnostic exploration, socialization related to the phenomenon, implementation of the intervention proposal, planning and implementation of coping strategies, and evaluation of the results that were evidenced during the intervention.
