El objetivo es mostrar paso a paso el esquema actual con sus respectivos procesos, y el análisis de los reportes que se puedan unificar para poder llegar a un esquema genérico debidamente estandarizado. Para esto llevaremos a cabo los diferentes flujos de procesos de cada uno de los reportes. En el estudio realizado de los procesos, se utilizó métodos como diagramas de flujos, organigrama funcional y mapas de procesos para deducir las falencias en cada facultad. Se desea aportar con esta investigación, la facilidad de agregar Autor: Marlon Moya Sornoza Tutor: Ing. Lorenzo Cevallos Torres XI un nuevo reporte mostrando la metodología aplicada en base a reportes estandarizados. Esto beneficiara a todas las personas que necesiten incluir algún tipo de reporte, sin pérdida de tiempo alguna. Como resultado, brindará una mejor visión acerca de los reportes a aquellas personas inmersas a los procesos.Today, the Guayaquil University in the Administration, Physics and Mathematics faculties don’t have and standard reporting model. The objective is to show step by step a current scheme with its own process, and the analysis of reports that could unify into a generic standardized scheme. To do this we will make flow process diagrams of each report. In the process investigation the methods was used as flow diagrams, functional organigrams and process maps to know the problems of each faculty. To contribute with the investigation I made a methodology of creating report applied of a standard reports base. This will benefit all person who wants to include any report with no wasting time.
