El módulo el cual esta tesis propone como mejora e innovación es el módulo de reportería, el mismo que no ha sido estandarizado ni automatizado, lo que genera que los reportes que dependen de ellos sean completamente diferentes al igual que su uso y que posean problemas como datos falsos o retrasos en sus entregas, restando así rendimiento en el personal responsable de la emisión de reportes. En esta tesis se detalla los métodos de levantamiento de información que se usó para conocer la situación actual del módulo en las carreras así como el diseño y la propuesta de una estandarización y mejora del proceso de reportes desde la óptica de un modelo de gestión de procesos.The University of Guayaquil, specifically the Mathematical and Physical Sciences faculty and Administrative Sciences faculty manage their own processes individually, it has created problems and bad management practices, because there is not a standard in the management of its modules, so the project of which this thesis is part seeks to standardize and correct the problems that exist daily in the systems. The thesis which proposed as improvement and innovation module is the reporting module, it has not been standardized and automated, which generates reports that depend on them are completely different as well as its use and with problems as false information or delays in deliveries and performance by subtracting the staff responsible for issuing reports.
