El objetivo de la sistematización fue analizar el desarrollo del trabajo en equipo en los miembros del comité Pro-Mejoras de la comunidad de Sauces 4 durante proceso de intervención realizado el 12 de octubre hasta el 17 de diciembre de 2015. En base a constructos teóricos se analizó componentes como cohesión, asignación de roles, comunicación, definición de objetivos e interdependencia. Se utilizó la metodología de sistematización junto con técnicas de recolección de información como observación y diario de campo, también el análisis de la información como la línea de tiempo y guía de ordenamiento y clasificación para analizar 4 fases de intervención realizadas. Participaron 7 integrantes del comité cuyas edades fluctuaron entre los 55 y 60 años, quienes demostraron participación y compromiso durante las sesiones. Como resultado, los participantes pudieron desarrollar una mejor comunicación, asignar roles, definir objetivos y lograr interdependencia. Con los resultados de esta sistematización, se podrían realizar proyectos e investigaciones comunitarias apuntando a desarrollar trabajo en equipo en comunidades. El impacto que tuvo el estudio fue considerable y de conciencia social. Los beneficiarios de la intervención fueron los miembros del comité y los estudiantes por la experiencia y conocimientos adquiridos.The idea of systematization arose from the importance of the Pro-Mejoras committee developing the ability to work as a team, since this will allow them to manage solutions to their problems based on their own means. The objective of the systematization was to analyze the development of teamwork in the members of the Pro-Improvements Committee of the community of Sauces 4 during the intervention process carried out on October 12 until December 17, 2015. Based on theoretical constructs, analyzed components such as cohesion, assignment of roles, communication, definition of objectives and interdependence. The systematization methodology was used together with information gathering techniques such as observation and field diary, as well as the analysis of information such as the timeline and ordering and classification guide to analyze 4 intervention phases carried out. Seven members of the committee participated whose ages fluctuated between 55 and 60 years old, who showed participation and commitment during the sessions. As a result, the participants were able to develop better communication, assign roles, define objectives and achieve interdependence. With the results of this systematization, community projects and research could be carried out aiming to develop teamwork in communities. The impact of the study was considerable and socially conscious.
