Por lo que la gestión directiva se debe centrar en cumplir metas administrativas sin descuidar la misión en el aspecto pedagógico en el proceso de enseñanza aprendizaje. Con este punto de vista esta investigación se realizó con la proyección de mejorar la gestión educativa en la Escuela de Educación Básica “Rita Lecumberri” en la que se detectó durante la investigación de campo que la líder educativa demuestra desinterés en ejercer su rol y función en la dirección escolar, en el caso de los docentes cada quien trabaja por su lado no existe trabajo en equipo, los estudiantes enfrentan esta problemática y se ve reflejado en su rendimiento escolar, es necesario aumentar el nivel en el liderazgo educativo. Se recopiló datos reales de la población para obtener la muestra y para formular las preguntas de la encuesta, se seleccionaron métodos que permitieron aplicar las técnicas y herramientas necesarias para la tabulación de los gráficos estadísticos, con la aplicación del Chi- Cuadrado, se efectuó la correlación entre las variables para llegar a las conclusiones y recomendaciones que llevaron la elaboración del talleres de organización administrativa y pedagógicas.In the educational field the most influential factor is the educational leader because it fulfills the different functions such as planning, organizing, controlling, executing school activities and leading the teaching team in all administrative and pedagogical processes in order to achieve efficient results in the educational institution in charge. Therefore, the management must focus on meeting administrative goals without neglecting the mission in the pedagogical aspect of the teaching-learning process. With this point of view, this research was carried out with the projection of improving the educational management in the School of Basic Education "Rita Lecumberri" in which it was detected during the field research that the educational leader demonstrates disinterest in exercising its role and function in school management, in the case of teachers each one works on their side there is no team work, students face this problem and it is reflected in their school performance, it is necessary to increase the level of educational leadership. Real data of the population was collected to obtain the sample and to formulate the questions of the survey, methods were selected that allowed to apply the necessary techniques and tools for the tabulation of the statistical graphs, with the application of the Chi-square, the correlation between the variables to reach the conclusions and recommendations that led to the development of administrative and pedagogical organization workshops.Universidad de Guayaquil.
