El proceso partió mediante el levantamiento de información que se generó de los historiales clínicos que fueron registrados en la base de datos del Hospital Universitario de la ciudad de Guayaquil, del periodo comprendió del 2007 al 2013. Se realizó el análisis correspondiente del flujo de las tablas que intervinieron en el proceso, para la creación de los modelos entidad relación donde se contempla un diseñó de esquema para consultas de los usuarios registrados tan por el área de Emergencia y por consulta Externa. Todo el proceso se base en una generación de archivo Excel mediante querys con el principal objetivo de validar los registros representando en gráficos estadísticos entendibles para el usuario con el beneficio que puede realizar una toma de decisiones por medio de datos. El software empleado en la elaboración de los gráficos es la herramienta Tableau dispuesta como requerimiento por parte de los involucrados. Por lo expuesto anterior, se podrá mostrar que como parte del desarrollo del presente tema de tesis, se implementará una herramienta que ayudará a la comunidad y a los profesionales de la salud, a obtener reportes de forma gráfica en tiempo real, fácil manipulación, posibilidad de migración, fácil interpretación, y análisis de los datos, evitando de esta forma recurrir a expediente físicos y optimizar recursos y tiempo.The main objective of the project "acute myocardial infarction due to hypertension" was plotting patient records with the specified pathology. The process started by gathering information that was generated from medical records that were recorded in the database of the University Hospital of the city of Guayaquil, the period realized from 2007 to 2013. The corresponding flow analysis tables are made who intervened in the process for creating entity relationship models where contemplates a scheme designed to inquiries by the area registered as Emergency and outpatient users. The whole process is based on a generation of Excel file using querys with the main objective to validate the accounting records in statistical graphics understandable for the user with the benefits that can make a decision through data. The software used in the development of graphics is the Tableau tool arranged as a requirement on the part of those involved. For these reasons above, it may show that as part of the development of this thesis topic, a tool that will help the community and health professionals to obtain reports graphically in real time, easy handling, possibility to be implemented migration, easy interpretation, and analysis of data, thus avoiding recourse to record and optimize physical resources and time.Universidad de Guayaquil.
