El conocimiento de este acontecimiento permite comprender las condiciones laborales precarias y la explotación que enfrentaban los trabajadores en aquel entonces. El presente estudio presente determinar la importancia de conocer el relato histórico del 15 de noviembre de 1922 y sus reformas laborales para generar un interés en los educandos y desarrollar una conciencia social, para ello se hizo uso de una modalidad investigativa de campo, documental y cuali-cuantitativa, empleando investigación de tipo descriptiva, deductiva ya académica, respondiendo a un método inductivo deductivo e histórico lógico permitiendo analizar de forma detallada los hechos ocurridos en el contexto de la época. Se implementaron varios tipos de técnicas de investigación para adquirir información respecto al interés de los estudiantes de la Unidad Educativa Agustín Cueva Tamariz por aprender sobre el tema, entre los que se destacan la observación, entrevista y encuesta las cuales derivaron a los siguientes instrumentos como cuestionarios y escalas aplicadas a educandos, docentes y directivos para analizar la problemática y diseñar una guía histórica didáctica. The worker's strike of November 15, 1922 that occurred in Ecuador was a historical event of transcendental importance that marked a turning point in the struggle for labor rights of the working class. Knowledge of this event allows us to understand the precarious working conditions and the exploitation that workers faced at that time. The present study presents to determine the importance of knowing the historical account of November 15, 1922 and its labor reforms to generate an interest in the students and develop a social conscience, for this purpose, a field, documentary and qualitative investigative modality was used. -quantitative, using descriptive, deductive and academic research, responding to a logical deductive and historical inductive method allowing a detailed analysis of the events that occurred in the context of the time. Various types of research techniques were implemented to acquire information regarding the interest of the students of the Agustín Cueva Tamariz Educational Unit to learn about the subject, among which observation, interview and survey stand out, which led to the following instruments such as questionnaires and scales applied to students, teachers and managers to analyze the problem and design a historical didactic guide.Universidad de Guayaquil.
