Para el desarrollo de este trabajo se realizó el estudio del problema empleando el uso de varias técnicas entre ellas, Diagrama Causa – Efecto, Diagrama de Pareto, teniendo como resultado la jerarquización de los equipos que conforman el estudio. Debido a los fallos presentados en los últimos 5 meses del periodo se cuantifico $7817,00 por mantenimiento correctivo en los tableros eléctricos de control y mando teniendo como principal causa la sobredimensión en los relés térmico dejando expuesto a los motores a graves averías, con la finalidad de evitar más daños imprevistos se sugiere invertir $8.100,00 en un plan de mantenimiento de ciclo anual.The objective of this work is to design a preventive maintenance plan for the Maquita Foundation, which will optimize production times, minimizing or eliminating equipment failures, and reducing costs for corrective maintenance. For the development of this work, the study of the problem was done using several techniques including Cause – Effect diagram, Pareto Diagram, resulting in the hierarchy of the teams that make up the study. Due to the failures presented in the last 5 months of the period, $ 7817.00 was quantified for corrective maintenance in the electric control and command panels, being the main cause the oversize in the thermal relays, leaving the engines exposed to serious faults, with the aim of avoiding more unforeseen damages, it is suggested to invest $ 8,100.00 in an annual cycle maintenance plan.Universidad de Guayaquil.
