A. es una empresa que cumple el papel de Constructora, Proyectos de Ingeniería, Supervisión, Fiscalización de Obras Civiles, Urbanísticas y Arquitectura; el presente trabajo consta de dos partes, en la primera parte se diagnostica la situación actual de la empresa y en la segunda parte, se plantearon las respectivas soluciones.; para encontrar los problemas, se ha realizado una evaluación bajo la norma ISO 9001-2000, por lo que fue necesario aplicar técnicas de Ingeniería Industrial tales como: Diagrama de Pareto, Diagrama de Causa Efecto, Panorama de Riesgo, Teoría de William T. Fine. Mediante los resultados obtenidos por la investigación realizada, se pudo comprobar que hay poca importancia respecto a Seguridad e Higiene Industrial lo cual es un grave problema ya que sus colaboradores realizan sus labores sin ninguna medida de seguridad física, motivo por el cual sufren golpes, lesiones y caídas; las herramientas que se utilizaron para la realización del análisis fueron: técnicas de observación, criterio investigativo, textos, folletos de estudios en el área de seguridad e Higiene del trabajo, los conocimientos adquiridos en la carrera de Ingeniería Industrial. Investigar y analizar los principales aspectos relacionados con los factores generadores de riesgo, identificarlos para su respectivo estudio, para lograr dar soluciones efectivas o alternativas que ayuden a disminuir los accidentes de trabajo en cada área de la empresa; con el entrenamiento y cursos de seguridad, la empresa busca que los empleados comprendan la importancia de la seguridad e higiene, que no es solamente responsabilidad de la empresa, ni del colaborador, sino que es responsabilidad de ambos, y concienciar al empleado y a la gerencia de que el buen funcionamiento de la seguridad e higiene les conviene a todos.Coprinar SA is a company that fulfills the role of Construction Projects, Engineering, Supervision, Inspection, Civil, Construction and Urban Planning Architecture; This paper consists of two parts, the first part diagnose the current situation of the company and in the second part, raised the respective solutions.; to find the problems, it has been made a assessment under ISO 9001-2000, so it was necessary to apply Industrial Engineering such as: Pareto Diagram, Cause Effect, Panorama of Risk Theory William T. Fine. By the results obtained by the investigation, it was found that there is little importance regarding Industrial Hygiene which is a serious problem because their partners do their work without any measure of physical security, why suffer beatings, injuries and falls; the tools used to perform the analysis were: techniques observation, research criteria, texts, brochures studies in the area of Occupational health and safety, the knowledge gained in the race Industrial Engineering. Research and analyze the main aspects generators with risk factors to identify their respective study to achieve or provide effective alternatives to help reduce the accidents at work in every area of the company; with training and courses security, the company seeks employees understand the importance of health and safety, which is not only the responsibility of the company or the contributor, but is the responsibility of both the employee and awareness and management that the proper functioning of the health and safety suits them to all.Universidad de Guayaquil.
