La metodología utilizada para el desarrollo de la misma consistió en lo siguiente: el uso de la clasificación ABC basado en el Estudio de pareto aplicado en el control de inventario. La determinación de la demanda de los componentes de la clasificación durante su tiempo de entrega por medio del uso de un sistema MRP( Planeación de requerimientos de materiales), Y finalmente la selección de un modelo de control de inventario de acuerdo a las restricciones del sistema. Una vez obtenida toda esta información se evaluó el modelo propuesto contra el modelo actualmente utilizado, encontrando así las principales conclusiones de la tesis. Con el sistema POS se lograra tener una verdadero control de inventario ya que lo que se compre y se venda se reducirán los problemas, se optimizaran los recursos.In the present study it is to eliminate the different problems that arise in Mar club restaurants, using different methods to improve food and beverage services; Within the thesis it will be possible to identify clearly the methodology carried out by the inventory control of the companies as well as the restrictions found during its preparation. The methodology used for its development consisted of the following: the use of the ABC classification based on the Pareto Study applied in the control of Inventory. Determining the demand for the components of the sorting during their lead time through the use of an MRP system ( Planning of material requirements), and finally the selection of a Inventory control model according to system restrictions. A Once all this information was obtained, the proposed model was evaluated against the model currently used, thus finding the main conclusions of the thesis. With the POS system it will be possible to have a true inventory control already that what is bought and sold will reduce problems, optimize means.Universidad de Guayaquil.
