The research concludes with a didactic guide based on activities to bridge the gap between research and practical implementation, ensuring a significant impact on language education. Esta investigación analiza el impacto de las historias audiovisuales en las habilidades auditivas de estudiantes de noveno grado en el aprendizaje del inglés. Examina la integración de recursos audiovisuales y su contribución a habilidades de escucha, adquisición de vocabulario, comprensión cultural y motivación. Realiza un análisis comparativo con materiales auditivos tradicionales para proporcionar percepciones sobre su efectividad. Se exploran las percepciones y preferencias de los estudiantes respecto a las historias audiovisuales. El enfoque de métodos mixtos combina revisión de literatura, análisis estadístico y estudio de campo en la escuela básica "5 de mayo".
