Se ha considerado que a raíz de la COVID-19 surgieron diversas maneras de viaje, y, Ecuador se vio seriamente afectado en todos los sectores con la llegada del virus, con ello, la industria turística, por lo que el turista actual busca mayor confort y seguridad al escoger un destino para visitar, así que esta nueva forma de turismo permite que el cliente elija en qué tiempo, cómo y con quiénes viajar, ya sea, pareja, familia o amigos, sin preocuparse por compartir con extraños su transporte y alojamiento. Los objetivos primordiales de este proyecto de modelo de negocio, es brindar un servicio de alojamiento personalizado sobre ruedas siendo líderes en alquiler de motorhome en el país, así mismo, promover mayor importancia en el cuidado ambiental mediante equipos amigables con el ambiente en el servicio de camper. Y, por último, con el modelo de negocio realizado se motiva a que los nuevos emprendedores tomen iniciativa de incrementar diferentes servicios y productos para el turismo alternativos y así reactivar el sector turístico del país.This business model project seeks to promote alternative tourism in Ecuador, being this a totally different form of tourism to the conventional ones that are already managed within the country, for this, it is intended to rent environmentally friendly motor homes that move within a closed circuit in the central Ecuadorian highlands, the route to be promoted as the first tourism product of the company created "IntiRoad", is the tourist circuit "Central-Andean Ecuadorian".
