Para la realización de este trabajo se consideró como muestra la colaboración de 5 niños que asisten a consulta privada y sus padres, haciendo uso de una metodología de investigación de tipo cualitativa descriptiva con un diseño de investigación no experimental-transversal, el cual plantea observar y describir los fenómenos tal y como ocurren. El objetivo principal de esta investigación fue el de determinar la importancia del acompañamiento terapéutico en la educación regular de un niño con diagnóstico de trastorno del espectro autista, el cual logro ser cumplido a través de la aplicación de los instrumentos aplicados, mismos que fueron elaborados y son de autoría de las estudiantes que construyeron este trabajo, siendo validados por una experta en el trabajo con niños con trastornos espectro autista. Según el análisis efectuado se señala la importancia del acompañamiento terapéutico a niños con trastornos espectro autista se da a partir del cumplimiento del perfil adecuado y el correcto uso de los recursos empleados antes, durante y después de la intervención, siendo también de gran importancia la participación de la familia del niño, para darles el soporte necesario mediante la seguridad y confianza que los miembros de la familia le pueden darThe present work was carried out based on the authors' work on the importance of therapeutic support in the inclusion of children with autism spectrum disorder in regular education. For the realization of this work was considered as a sample the collaboration of 5 children who attend private consultation and their parents, making use of a descriptive qualitative research methodology with a non-experimental-transversal research design, which proposes to observe and describe the phenomena as they occur. The main objective of this research was to determine the importance of therapeutic accompaniment in the regular education of a child with a diagnosis of autism spectrum disorder, which was achieved through the application of the instruments applied, which were developed and authored by the students who built this work, being validated by an expert in working with children with autism spectrum disorders.
