El objetivo general, estuvo dirigido a determinar la incidencia de adherencia vesicular y complicaciones transquirurgicas por colecistectomía en pacientes obesos en el Hospital Teodoro Maldonado Carbo, período de enero del 2020 a enero del 2021. El enfoque del presente estudio se centró en una investigación cuantitativa, de carácter observacional indirecto, teniendo una muestra de 169 pacientes obesos tratados quirúrgicamente por colecistectomía. Dentro de los principales resultados se identificó que, dentro de las principales características demográficas de los pacientes obesos con adherencia vesicular y complicaciones transquirurgicas por colecistectomía, se encuentran; un 44,38% posee una edad comprendida entre 54-64 años, un 74,78% corresponde al sexo femenino, el 89,94% de la muestra corresponde al 2021. Se concluye que, existe una relación directa entre la adherencia vesicular y complicaciones de pacientes tratados en el Hospital Teodoro Maldonado Carbo.This study addresses the issue of gallbladder adhesions and intraoperative complications of cholecystectomy, considering that gallbladder adhesions are defined as a group of symptoms due to the formation of scar tissue fibers, present on the surface of the gallbladder. different fabrics, between them and the peritoneum or both.
