La investigación de campo se realizó utilizando el método cualitativo y descriptivo el cual contribuye con la Gestión a la Seguridad Laboral. El problema se analizó mediante el diagrama de Ishikawa. El análisis de los riesgos permitió conocer que existen debilidades en el área tanto administrativa como operativa, con mayor fuerza en lo ergonómicos, debido a que el personal permanece largas horas de pie, produciendo esto afectaciones musculo esqueléticas. La reducción de los riesgos laborales es una actividad necesaria para la prevención cuidado del personal involucrado en las operaciones de la empresa.The objective of this research work is to propose a Plan for Industrial Safety and Occupational Health in the company SIGMAKORE S.A. This company under investigation does not have an Industrial Safety Department. A Field research was carried out using the qualitative and descriptive method which contributes to Workplace Safety Management. The problem was analyzed using the Ishikawa diagram. The analysis of the risks allowed us to know that there are weaknesses in both the administrative and operational areas, withgreater strength in ergonomicsdue to the fact that the staff remains long hours standing, producing musculoskeletal effects.
