El objetivo del estudio fue analizar el estrés laboral en colaboradores de trade marketing en una empresa retail. Este estudio es un análisis de caso de tipo cualitativo, con un enfoque descriptivo, utilizando el Cuestionario de Estrés Laboral de la OIT – OMS y entrevistas semiestructuradas como instrumentos, siendo los sujetos de estudio cuatro colaboradores del área trade marketing. La investigación concluyó que los principales factores generadores de estrés son el ambiente laboral, la relación con los líderes y la falta de unión y apoyo entre compañeros, los cuales afectan negativamente diversas áreas de la vida de los empleados. Working conditions in the retail sector, specifically in the context of trade marketing, can involve various psychosocial aspects that generate stress in employees due to the constant pressure to meet goals and high levels of demand. The objective of the study was to analyze work stress in trade marketing collaborators in a retail company. This study is a qualitative case analysis, with a descriptive approach, using the ILO-WHO Work Stress Questionnaire and semi-structured interviews as instruments, being the subjects of the study four collaborators of the trade marketing area.
