| spelling | Metodología del aprendizaje del derribe en lucha libre deportiva en etapa inicialFlores Avilés, Angie MadelineMETODOLOGIALUCHA DEPORTIVATECNICADERRIBEpdfEl presente estudio tiene como objetivo diseñar una metodología para contribuir a la enseñanza de la técnica de derribe en la lucha deportiva, por este motivo se analizaron y sintetizaron los ideales de diferentes autores que aportan al tema investigado, en correspondencia a las variables de la investigación para buscar una herramienta utilitaria que dé solución a la problemática sustentada, recurriendo a la exploración de campo y a tipos de indagación descriptiva, además con el empleo de las técnicas e instrumentos de recolección de información tales como la observación científica para evaluar la técnica a 14 deportistas de ocho a 10 años, incluyendo la entrevista a los entrenadores deportivas, mostraron como resultado el bajo nivel de aprendizaje que tienen los luchadores en relación a la técnica de derribe anexado a esto se destacó́ la importancia que tiene desarrollar cada gesto técnico en su etapa formativa como luchador incluyendo la implementación de recursos didácticos, capacitación y conocimiento de diversas variantes de ejercicios por parte del entrenador que permita al deportista tener un aprendizaje significativo. Es por ello que se presenta una metodología como una propuesta eficaz que secuencia la utilización de métodos de enseñanza y ejercicios específicos desde lo simple hasta lo complejo basado en diferentes etapas: diagnóstico y estructuración permitiendo que los luchadores ejecuten el gesto técnico correctamente.The objective of this study is to design a methodology to contribute to the teaching of the takedown technique in sports fighting, for this reason the ideals of different authors who contribute to the investigated topic were analyzed and synthesized, in correspondence with the research variables to find a utilitarian tool that provides a solution to the sustained problem, resorting to field exploration and types of descriptive inquiry, in addition to the use of information gathering techniques and instruments such as scientific observation to evaluate the technique at 14 Athletes from eight to 10 years old, including the interview with sports coaches, showed as a result the low level of learning that wrestlers have in relation to the takedown technique, attached to this, the importance of developing each technical gesture in their formative stage as a wrestler was highlighted, including the implementation of didactic resources, training and knowledge of various variants of exercises by the coach that allows the athlete to have significant learning.
