El software será desarrollado con estrategias de resolución de problemas de las casas de salud que no han podido cobrar a las aseguradoras ya que la facturación la hacen de forma manual, por lo que se han visto muchas devoluciones de facturas por parte de la auditoría médica y financiera, por errores humanos en la tipificación de códigos, valores, cantidades, descripciones del tratamiento recibido por la casa de salud en la planilla del paciente. Se realizó una investigación exhaustiva de campo en la provincia del Guayas ciudad Guayaquil, en casas de salud, observando la gran necesidad en el uso de un sistema de facturación y la respectiva capacitación a las personas que manejan las planillas de los pacientes SPPAT. Se desarrolla el Sistema de facturación SEGTRANSIT VILLACIS para dar solución al problema antes mencionado el usuario ya no tendrá que tipear a mano toda la historia clínica del paciente para realiza el respectivo cobro ya que eso generaba cansancio, malestar, con el sistema antes propuesto se llevará a cabo una generación de la factura de forma rápida, confiable y eficaz dando como resultado la recuperación de lo invertido en el tratamiento del paciente. A continuación un ejemplo de forma manual vs sistema Segtransit. En el hospital Guayaquil se emite una factura de 10 pacientes que estuvieron en el servicio de hospitalización estos pacientes superaron los $3.000 que multiplicados por los 10 pacientes dieron el total de $30.000 como lo hicieron manualmente solo recuperaron $20.000 hubo una pérdida de $10.000que en porcentajes seria del 33.34%y la recuperación del 66.66%,con el sistema SEGTRANSIT el seguro Sppat pagó $28.500 hubo una pérdida de $18.000 eso en porcentajes seria del 5% y la recuperación fue del 95%. Mi margen de error con el sistema de facturación será del 5% esto puede ser por: Falta de firma de responsabilidad en documentos hábiles para el pago que es en los formularios mal llenados por los médicos en el tratamiento del paciente de la historia clínica que con la capacitación al personal médico este porcentaje de pérdida puede bajar.The main objective in the development of this work is the development of a software that solves the problems in recovering money from transit injured patients treated in different nursing homes because the hospital does not charge any fees to the patient but to the insurance SPPAT (PUBLIC SYSTEM FOR PAYMENT OF TRAFFIC ACCIDENTS) formerly called SOAT. The software will be developed with strategies to solve problems in nursing homes who have failed to collect from insurers because they make it manually, so there has been many returns of invoices by the medical audit and financial, human error in typing codes, values, quantities, treatment descriptions received by patient from the nursery home. Extensive field research was conducted in the province of Guayas Guayaquil city, in nursing homes, watching the great need in the use of a billing system and the respective training for people handling in the payroll of SPPAT patients. The billing system SEGTRANSIT VILLACIS is developed to solve the problems above. The user will not have to type in by hand the entire patient record for performing the respective collection as that generated tiredness, now with the new proposed system it will be carried out the quick, reliable and efficient generation of the invoice with less human errors resulting in the recovery of the investment in the patients treatment. Example of manual invoice vs SEGTRANSIT system In the “Guayaquil” hospital an invoice of 10 patients who were in hospitalization exceeded $ 3,000 (which is the top of the covered amount), multiplied by 10 patients got the total of $ 30,000 as it was done manually they only recovered $ 20,000. There was a loss of $ 10.000 which represents a percentage of 33.34, with SEGTRANSIT, Sppat insurance system paid $ 28.500 with a loss of $ 1500 which represents a 5% and the recovery was 95%. My margin of error with the billing system will be 5% which could be: Lack of signature responsibility in business documents for payment or bad filled out forms by doctors in treating the patient's medical history with the medical staff training this percentage loss can be lowered.Universidad de Guayaquil.
