Lo primordial de la empresa ECUAESTIBAS es contar con un sistema eficiente administrativo a fin de efectuar las labores de almacenamiento de contenedores de importación y exportación adecuadamente para: Incrementar el número de almacenaje, estiba y desestiba de contenedores, a fin de obtener mayores ingresos lo que generará una mayor utilidad por servicios, a su vez una mayor ganancia para los accionistas. Para realizar el análisis se utilizan herramientas de Ingeniería Industrial entre las cuales mencionamos a las siguientes: Diagrama Causa Efecto, Distribución de planta, Ponderización de la Cadena de Valor, Diagrama Gantt y Diagrama Pert. Efectuado el análisis se determinó que la empresa ECUAESTIBAS adolece de diferentes problemas entre los cuales se puede mencionar: la falta de maquinaria adecuada para el manejo de los contenedores, la falta de personal para el mantenimiento eléctrico de las máquinas, lo que ocasiona costos excesivos y por ende una merma en las utilidades de la empresa, presentando las respectivas soluciones las cuales tienen un costo de $ 515.200 para el problema 1 y de $6.816,00 para el problema 2, lo que generará un ingreso anual adicional de $98.800 para la 1 y $7.387 para la 2. Las alternativas de solución fueron analizadas económicamente con lo cual se demostró que se obtiene una Tasa interna de retorno mayor a la Tasa bancaria, con lo cual la alternativa es de mayor rendimiento, lo cual la hace factible. Finalmente se realiza un cronograma de las actividades concernientes a la implantación de la alternativa de solución, determinándose un tiempo de 45 días, para su ejecuciónIt is essential that in the era of globalization worldwide, and being a part of it, you should invest in training and technology to make and execute tasks that involve the administration of an enterprise storage containers in the port of Guayaquil.
