Teniendo en cuenta que la comunicación es un proceso de transmisión y recepción de ideas, información y mensajes. Se identifica como problema en la presente investigación, el bajo nivel de rating del noticiero El Informativo, debido a las deficiencias comunicacionales por la baja calidad de la información, por la poca investigación que difunde en los temas presentados, sumado a esto la imagen poco favorecedora del canal y de sus presentadores, proyectando dudas al momento de presentar las noticias, por lo antes citado este trabajo persigue el objetivo de determinar la producción de la investigación periodística y la estrategia comunicacional utilizada en el desarrollo del Noticiero; la metodología que se utilizará al tratarse de una investigación de tipo social, son los enmarcados en la investigación descriptiva, cuantitativa, empírica y de campo. El universo, estructurado de muestra es de 5000 usuarios que utilizan la televisión por cable en el cantón El Triunfo, el análisis de los resultados reflejará lo manifestado en la encuesta, como propuesta, se diseñó un plan de producción con segmentos proactivos sociales, culturales, deportivos, de crónica roja, noticias locales e internacionales, en el desarrollo del noticiero “El informativo” de la estación televisiva CANAL SATELITAL TV del cantón El Triunfo. Como complemento a la investigación planteada se plantean las siguientes recomendaciones y conclusiones, se enuncian las conclusiones de la investigación y se indicarán las recomendaciones para solucionar la problemática.The word communication is translated into joint action that allows the organization of actions that man uses to achieve a common good. Considering that the communication is a process of transmission and reception of ideas, information and messages. It is identified as a problem in this investigation, the low level of rating the news program El Informativo, due to communication failures by the low quality of information, little research diffuses into the issues presented, added to this the unflattering image channel and its presenters, casting doubts when presenting the news, so aforementioned this work aims to determine the production of investigative journalism and communication strategy used in the development of Noticiero; the methodology to be used when dealing with an investigation of social, are framed in descriptive, quantitative, empirical and field research. The structured sample universe is 5000 users using cable television in Canton El Triunfo, analysis of the results reflect what was said in the survey, as proposed, a production plan was designed with social proactive segments, cultural, sports, blotter, local and international news, in the development of the news program "the informative" CANAL television station TV SATELLITE canton El Triunfo.
