Se establece como metodología la sistematización de experiencias, en la que se pudo compartir conocimientos, y se propuso nuevas ideas que mejoran el desarrollo social, generando bienestar y sentido de comunidad en las personas que integran el sector. El objeto principal son las familias con diferencias ideológicas y culturales de la comunidad, se evidencia el sentido comunitario, así como diferentes factores que promueven la integración, entre los principales y más destacados en la comunidad fueron: liderazgo, comunicación y participación. Se concluyó que los miembros de la comunidad presentan diferencias ideológicas y culturales y a pesar de eso, demuestran altos niveles de integración y apoyo entre ellos, ya que el factor que destacó a pesar de sus diferencias fue la motivación, enfocado en cumplir los objetivos que tienen en común, relacionado al desarrollo de su comunidad. El objetivo del trabajo es contribuir con información importante sobre factores que promueven la integración en la comunidad, y con ello poder mejorar e intervenir en las prácticas profesionales del sector de DuránThis document is based on experiences lived in the community of “Cerro Redondo” of the Durán canton, which has as central axis to identify THE FACTORS THAT PROMOTE INTEGRATION IN FAMILIES THAT SHOWS IDEOLOGICAL AND CULTURAL DIFFERENCES in that community through the project called “Community intervention in populations of children, adolescents and women in sectors of poverty and extreme poverty of the Durán canton”, carried out by the Faculty of Psychological Sciences in conjunction with the “Ideas ”foundation. The systematization of experiences is established as a methodology, in which knowledge could be shared, and new ideas were proposed that improve social development, generating well-being and sense of community in the people that make up the sector. The principal object are the families with ideological and cultural differences of the community, the community sense is evidenced, as well as different factors that promote integration, among the main and most prominent in the community were: leadership, communication and participation. It was concluded that the members of the community present ideological and cultural differences and in spite of that, they demonstrate high levels of integration and support among them, since the factor that stood out despite their differences was motivation, focused on fulfilling the objectives they have in common, related to the development of their community.
