El presente trabajo de sistematización tuvo como objetivo analizar el nivel de satisfacción laboral de los colaboradores de la Dirección de Desarrollo Comunitario del Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado de la Provincia del Guayas ubicado en la ciudad de Guayaquil durante el período Junio – Agosto del 2017. Este estudio empleó una metodología cualitativa, con un abordaje de investigación-acción. Los instrumentos de evaluación empleados fueron: Cuestionario de Satisfacción Laboral de MSc. Martha Martínez Rodríguez, además de entrevistas individuales, fichas de observación y fichas de registro de actividades diarias y revisión documental. La muestra estuvo constituida por 14 colaboradores de la Dirección de Desarrollo Comunitario del Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado de la Provincia del Guayas. Mediante el uso de los distintos instrumentos se logró detectar los niveles de satisfacción laboral que presenta la muestra antes mencionada, a través del presente estudio se obtuvo una perspectiva amplia no sólo del proceso de diagnóstico sino también de las percepciones que tienen los colaboradores acerca de la instituciónJob satisfaction is one of the most studied areas of psychology since it can vary in each person depending on various factors as well as the individual and subjective perspective with respect to equal tasks. The present systematization paper had as objective analyze the level of job satisfaction of the workers of the Direction of Community Development of the Gobierno Autómo Descentralizado de la Provincia del Guayas located in the city of Guayaquil during the period June - August of 2017. The study used a qualitative methodology, with a research-action approach. The evaluation instruments used were: Labor Satisfaction Questionnaire of M.Sc. Martha Martínez Rodríguez, in addition to individual interviews, observation sheets and logs of daily activities and documentary review The sample was made up of 14 employees of the Department of Community Development of the Decentralized Autonomous Government of the Province of Guayas.
