Mediante un proceso que conlleva metodología cualitativa como es la sistematización de experiencia teniendo como pregunta eje ¿Cuáles son las actitudes que con mayor frecuencia se evidencian en los trabajadores frente a las políticas y/o reglamentos creado por la institución? A través de nuestra participación como observadoras, se evidenció que el personal en relación con las reglas de esta presenta las siguientes actitudes: Insatisfacción laboral, ausencia de compromiso y falta de involucramiento en el trabajoThis academic work was executed under the Systematization of Experiences methodology, where our experience as workes of an educational institution was analyzed. By means of this Systematization, our goal was to describe and deduct through instruments and techniques the people's behaviors against the regulations and policies set by the organization. Through this qualitative methodology process, our core question was: What is the most frequent behaviour of workers against the policies and/or regulations create by the institution?
