Se planteó como eje de sistematización: ¿Cómo mejorar la pertinencia de los instrumentos utilizados en el proceso de sensibilización a las necesidades educativas especiales en la Unidad Educativa? La finalidad fue analizar la selección de instrumentos dentro de este proceso de sensibilización para la comprensión más profunda de las experiencias vividas y así poder mejorarlas. Se trabajó desde un enfoque cualitativo y la modalidad de sistematización de experiencias, priorizando los instrumentos hacia la cultura inclusiva para la recolección de datos tales como: Escala de Actitudes hacia las personas con discapacidad y Cuestionario de Indicadores de Inclusión - Bristol. La recuperación del proceso vivido y la reflexión crítica realizada permitió concluir que la pertinencia de los instrumentos dentro del proceso de sensibilización a las necesidades educativas especiales en la institución receptora se mejora cuando el objetivo del proyecto de prácticas y las necesidades de los docentes de la institución coinciden, por ende, la instrumentación debe ser seleccionada y adaptada específicamente a la población participanteThe systematization of experience presented was aimed at raising awareness of special educational needs in the Fe y Alegría Educational Unit 40 and C, based on the project Building a Culture of Diversity. It was raised as an axis of systematization: How to improve the relevance of the instruments used in the process of raising awareness of the special educational needs in the Educational Unit? The purpose was to analyze the selection of instruments within this sensitization process for a deeper understanding of the experiences lived and thus be able to improve them. We worked from a qualitative approach and the method of systematizing experiences, prioritizing instruments towards an inclusive culture for data collection such as: Attitudes Scale towards Persons with Disabilities and Inclusion Indicators Questionnaire - Bristol.
