Pero no siempre la automatización resuelve todos los problemas, en muchos casos un análisis previo nos da la pauta para saber si este proceso es realmente necesario. Ahora, una actualización al manejo del buzón de sugerencias era algo que se necesitaba realizar hace algún tiempo pues este no estaba cumpliendo el objetivo para el cual fue creado y se estaba dejando de lado el uso de la tecnología en un medio tan importante en el sector educativo y empresarial. Debido a nuestro estudio se ha podido determinar que existen las herramientas necesarias para mejorar su uso y lo más importante que exhortara a que más personas lo utilicen. A lo largo de nuestra investigación nos involucramos con la población de una institución educativa obteniendo de ellos varias sugerencias que pusimos en evidencia en la implementación de nuestro trabajo. Lograr que este dispositivo se convierta en un instrumento de primera necesidad en el momento de las comunicaciones, junto con los reportes alcanzados a las personas indicadas y en un tiempo oportuno es lo que se pretende realizar en este trabajo.Automate system brings with it a number of benefits that are reflected in the expected results. But not always automation solves all problems, in many cases a preliminary analysis gives us the pattern to see if this process is really necessary. Now, an update to the management of the suggestion box was something I needed to do some time ago because this was not fulfilling the purpose for which it was created and was neglecting the use of technology in the important areas in the field education and business. Because our study was able to determine that there needed to improve its use and most importantly urging that more people use tools. Throughout our research we engage with people in an educational institution obtaining them several suggestions we put in evidence in implementing our work.
