Este análisis abarcó las funciones y actividades del personal en las diversas subáreas, proporcionando una visión integral de las áreas que requieren mejoras. Los análisis presentados en este estudio se fundamentan en los aportes teóricos de reconocidos autores en el campo del talento humano. Estas bases teóricas proporcionan una perspectiva sólida y bien documentada que respalda las conclusiones y recomendaciones, asegurando que las estrategias propuestas sean coherentes con las mejores prácticas y conocimientos actuales en la gestión de talento humano. Basado en los resultados obtenidos mediante diversas técnicas de investigación, se elaboraron manuales específicos con el objetivo de mejorar el desempeño laboral. Estos manuales incluyen: el Manual de Funciones y Procesos del Coordinador de Talento Humano, el Manual de Funciones y Procesos del Área de Nómina y Contratación, y el Manual de Funciones y Procesos del Área de Selección y Reclutamiento. El diseño de estos manuales no solo definirá claramente las responsabilidades y procesos de los colaboradores, sino que también permitirá una evaluación continua y un desarrollo profesional. Esto promoverá una cultura organizacional más eficiente y alineada con los objetivos estratégicos de Consulmedik S.A., asegurando así una mejora constante en el desempeño y la satisfacción laboral.The study of the current situation in the human resources area of Consulmedik allowed for identifying the shortcomings and needs in the company's work performance. This analysis covered the functions and activities of the staff in the various subareas, providing a comprehensive view of the areas that require improvement. The analyses presented in this study are based on the theoretical contributions of renowned authors in the field of human resources. These theoretical foundations provide a solid and well-documented perspective that supports the conclusions and recommendations, ensuring that the proposed strategies are consistent with the best practices and current knowledge in talent management. Based on the results obtained through various research techniques, specific manuals were developed with the objective of improving work performance. These manuals include: the Functions and Processes Manual for the Human Talent Coordinator, the Functions and Processes Manual for the Payroll and Hiring Area, and the Functions and Processes Manual for the Selection and Recruitment Area. The design of these manuals will not only clearly define the responsibilities and processes of the collaborators but will also allow for continuous evaluation and professional development.
