Puesto que, se conoce que el reciclaje contribuye a la conservación de recursos naturales al reducir la necesidad de extraer, procesar y utilizar nuevos materiales. El diseño de la investigación fue mixto, no experimental, tipo aplicada, se empleó una encuesta a 380 personas, donde se identificó que las estrategias eficientes para la recolección de desechos plásticos reutilizables que emplean actualmente las empresas del sector industrial en un 56% es la recolección interna y el 44% recolección por parte de proveedores. Asimismo, para el 100% de encuestados el procedimiento de recolección de este tipo de desecho es empírico y consiste en la separación para que luego sea reutilizado en algún tipo de material. Como resultado, se desarrolló una la red de distribución para la recolección de desecho plásticos reutilizables, en el cual se localizan dos centros de acopio de recolección y un centro de reciclaje, la implementación de dos rutas alternas y la colaboración con recursos claves en el proceso. Además, se destaca la importancia del proceso logístico que va de acuerdo desde la recolección hasta el empaquetado del material, lo que permite evaluar continuamente la eficacia y realizar ajustes según sea necesario. Se obtiene rutas de transporte y de recolección para disminuir el recorrido en los centros de acopio y optimizar tiempo y recursos dando una rentabilidad favorable. La inversión inicial es de $23530,00, cuyo TIR es del 15% cuyo costo beneficio es aproximadamente 1.15, lo que muestra que el proyecto es económicamente viable para ser implementado.The objective of this degree work is to design the distribution network for the effective collection of reusable plastic waste in the Guasmo Industrial Sector of Guayaquil. Since, it is known that recycling contributes to the conservation of natural resources by reducing the need to extract, process and use new materials. The researchII design was mixed, non-experimental, applied type, a survey of 380 people was used, where it was identified that the efficient strategies for the collection of reusable plastic waste currently used by companies in the industrial sector by 56% are the internal collection and 44% collection by suppliers. Likewise, for 100% of respondents the procedure for collecting this type of waste is empirical and consists of separation so that it is later reused in some type of material. As a result, a distribution network was developed for the collection of reusable plastic waste, in which two collection centers and a recycling center are located, the implementation of two alternative routes and collaboration with key resources in the process. In addition, the importance of the logistical process that runs from the collection to the packaging of the material is highlighted, allowing for continuous evaluation of effectiveness and adjustments as necessary. Transportation and collection routes are obtained to reduce the journey to collection centers and optimize time and resources, giving favorable profitability. The initial investment is $16530.00, whose IRR is 39% whose cost benefit is approximately 1,635, which shows that the project is economically viable to be implemented.Universidad de Guayaquil.
